We were excited to partner with Grand Central Creative for the second consecutive year to transform The Summer House VIP suite at Royal Ascot’s Royal Enclosure. Hosting over 300 guests daily, the space became a Mediterranean-inspired retreat, featuring lemon motifs, lush greenery, and nods to Ascot traditions like top hats and millinery.
Production:
Our production involved converting a 200sqm Clearspan structure into a luxurious escape, complete with custom wallpaper, eclectic furnishings, a 40sqm decorated pergola, and a bespoke feature bar.
The design was brought to life within just 10 days, enhancing the race day experience for Ascot’s most exclusive guests.

The Summer House – A Royal Ascot experience– a stand-out bar and dining haven nestled within the prestigious Royal Enclosure.
Partnering with our incredible clients Grand Central, we transformed this famously exclusive area where the utmost quality is an expectation.
Production:
The two-tiered 200sqm Clearspan structure was transformed into a glorious space, with the look and feel of a luxurious British Summer House. This was achieved using a custom-designed wallpaper, eclectic furniture, a 40sqm decorated internal pergola, and a bespoke feature bar and back bar. All are accompanied by a matching plant and foliage planned design.
Through polished collaborative working methods with our loyal client, we facilitated bringing Grand Central's beautiful designs to life, within a 10-day execution from design freeze to build, resulting in a refined environment that oozed class, further enhancing the Royal Ascot race day experience for its most exclusive guests.
